Warranty and Replacement

All products sold on brikoline.com are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with applicable European and Italian consumer protection laws.

This warranty applies exclusively to customers who qualify as consumers under the law and covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

Legal Warranty of Conformity

The legal warranty guarantees that products:

  • Description of the defect

  • Photographic or video evidence, where applicable

Failure to report the defect promptly may affect the ability to benefit from warranty remedies.

Remedies Available

In the event of a confirmed defect covered by the legal warranty, the customer is entitled to one of the following remedies, at no additional cost:

  • Repair of the product

  • Replacement of the product

If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionately costly, the customer may be entitled to:

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund of the purchase price

The chosen remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the case.

Replacement Procedure

If a replacement is approved, the Company will provide instructions for returning the defective product, if required.

Replacement products will be shipped within a reasonable timeframe, subject to product availability.

Shipping costs related to approved warranty replacements will be borne by the Company.

Exclusions from Warranty

The legal warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

  • Improper or incorrect use of the product

  • Failure to follow instructions or warnings

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Commercial Warranties

Any additional commercial or manufacturer warranty, where applicable, is provided directly by the manufacturer and does not replace or limit the legal warranty of conformity.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
